I've seen all of these save for The Ward, and I'll go with In the Mouth of Madness easily. While not perfect, it's a disturbing horror tale with an enjoyable Sam Neill and some trippy imagery.
I haven't seen Memoirs since I was a kid, but recall it being boring. Escape from LA has its moments, but overall was a lesser remake of the much better original. Ghosts of Mars was terrible.
EDIT* - I saw Vampires a long time ago. I liked James Woods and some of the kills, but overall found it to be forgettable.

Surprised I've seen them all except Escape From LA and Ghosts of Mars.
Even though I don't like voting if I haven't seen everything, I doubt either of those above top In the Mouth of Madness, which is one of his best movies and incredibly underrated.

I'll even rank them.
1. Vampires 2. In The Mouth of Madness 3. Ghosts of Mars 4. Escape From LA 5. Village of the Damned 6. The Ward
Have not seen Memoirs recently enough to remember.
I really love both Ghosts of Mars and Escape From LA

Vampires, and while he had a couple of other decent movies in the 90s there was a clear drop off in quality from the 80s.
