Well I got to at least mildly like a movie (as in I score a movie a 6/10 minimum) in the first place otherwise I won't re-watch it (with rare exceptions to that rule).
but I have seen some movies grow stronger with time as just to give one example... Skyfall (2012). it played out like this with each viewing... 1)7.5-8/10 2)8/10 3)8.5/10 4)9/10 5)9/10.

The Thin Red Line -- didn't like it at first, save for the cinematography. It's become one of my top three.
