This is a Really Good Idea for a Poll, Good Job! If your Open to it, You should also do ones just like it for "BEST DIRECTOR", "BEST ACTOR", and "BEST ACTRESS".
I think that you would most definitely get a lot of interesting results and answers from people (including myself).

I haven't seen them all, but I went with The Artist followed by Birdman. A few of those movies did not appeal to me at all.

A pretty weak decade in the 'Winner' dept. so I did not vote. but Argo would be my choice of those listed.
p.s. hell, the most recent Best Picture Winner worth mentioning... The Departed (2006). prior to that... Gladiator (2000), Braveheart (1995), Forrest Gump (1994) and that's pretty much it from the 1990's to date if you ask me.
