Didn't LeBron used to be good at defense? Meh. He's awfully good at running behind people when they have their back turned to him and blocking their shots cause they can't see him, other than that, not really.

He's garbage defensively. Defense is an effort thing and he's too old to for the amount of hustle and energy needed to be a lockdown defender. He could probably turn it up to medium high for a small stretch here and there in the playoffs, which will amount to jack and shit since the Lakers suck a mountain goat's hairy asshole.
