No more than you have trolled everyone else with your responses. Why bother to respond to me then, if you are not trolling me?
I have given you plenty of opportunity to explain your belief with logic and reason, but you can't. You don't even understand it yourself.
Jesus Christ.. You're a fucking retard. AT NO POINT IS HE TRYING TO JUSTIFY HIS BELIEFS TO YOU... HE'S JUST ARGUING THAT YOUR DEFIANCE OF HIS BELIEFS DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY MAKE HIS BELIEFS WRONG... HE'S NOT EVEN SAYING THAT HIS BELEIFS CAN'T BE WRONG... SOMETHING THAT HE'S SAID SEVERAL TIMES BY THIS POINT.... IT'S JUST THAT YOUR DEMANDING THAT THEY ARE DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY MAKE YOU RIGHT... AND JUST MAKES YOU AN ASSHOLE. HOW MANY TIMES DOES HE HAVE TO EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU, YOU DUMB... FUCKING... RETARD? Did we not have a conversation about being so caustic already?

Yes, because I know both beliefs are possible. You and goz talk like you don't. Of course any belief is possible, that is not the point. It is the notion behind the belief itself and how practical and valid it actually is. No belief is real, especially one you can't possibly prove, and even if it seems real for the beholder it isn't really, because it is just thought. Take away the stringing of words in your head forming the belief and then what is there? God is patient and understanding. He will not expect the same level of competence from a retard like you, as He does from normal people. So just do the best you can, and God will judge you accordingly.

There is a good argument; "It will cost you nothing to believe in God. But it could cost you everything not to."Sounds like an easy decision to me. The Wager is a bad argument... One of it's main flaws has already been pointed out.

So in other words you are a troll? (Trolls - those who argue, disagree and try to insult and offend, for personal amusement. Not from genuine opinion.) No more than you have trolled everyone else with your responses. Why bother to respond to me then, if you are not trolling me?
I have given you plenty of opportunity to explain your belief with logic and reason, but you can't. You don't even understand it yourself.
Because obviously you are a stupid piece of shit. It is my Christian responsibility to try not to give up on the seemingly hopeless. Trolling is not patiently responding to retarded assholes. Trolling is purposely trying to annoy reasonable others for the sake of personal amusement.

There is no proof of extraterrestrial life, but a fair argument can be made for its existence. And those who believe it exists should certainly argue their case (even as they recognize that there may be no such life). And those who believe in God, and think they have a fair argument for God's existence, should likewise make their case (even recognizing there may be no God). But this "cost/benefit rationale" is no argument why someone should believe. It can only make someone wish that a good argument for why they should believe existed (so that they may be persuaded, and thus reap the benefit).
There is a good argument; "It will cost you nothing to believe in God. But it could cost you everything not to."Sounds like an easy decision to me. Ok! So there you go again, defending you own belief in God, giving an ultimatum as to why one should believe, yet can't back it up. What DOES it cost to NOT believe?

You claimed earlier you weren't religious, but now you are a Christian. Do you even know what you are, except confused? You don't even know that, because you lack self-awareness.
And don't tell me you are reasonable, when you get all hotheaded. Typical Christian hypocrite.

I never said you. Don't be so defensive. As a matter of fact, I have been lauding your seemingly superior intelligence, maturity, and civility compared to Toasted Cheese. I criticized your hysterically insane jump to erroneous conclusions. I never said you protested my right to choose my beliefs for myself. Don't try and sweet talk me, you Occam's Razor denier, you! He is also in denial about his standing on God.
Those that don't believe in it, are now "seemingly" hopeless. He is now a Christian and it is his duty to help us not be "seemingly" hopeless, but his own claim he is not religious earlier, belies his identity claim as a Christian who is out to save the rest of us. How altruistic and kind of him...

If someone promises to pay you one million dollars if you will believe that extraterrestrial life exists, it's easy to see the benefit of believing (and you may decide to profess belief). But the money has no power to persuade anyone to genuinely believe that it's true.

People who already believe in extraterrestrial life would not stop believing if they would receive a million clams for continuing to believe what they already believed. (On a secondary note, a million dollars is not the same as eternity in Heaven. And not having a million dollars is not the same as eternity in Hell.)

By the process of elimination, it's a possibility.

You want some logic? Here's some logic. Believing in God cost you nothing. But not believing in Him could cost you everything. Now, what's the logical choice? Why take a chance? Is it really worth losing everything just based on stubborn insistence of "But there's no proof"? Other posters already pointed out that Pascal's Wager is a bad argument Pascal himself didn't mean for it to be taken seriously. In fact, the first part can easily be debunked, and others did. "Believing in God cost you nothing". False. If your belief requires that you behave in a certain way you don't want to, but do anyway because your belief/faith/religion demands it of you, then you are missing out on things you want; and you may do things you don't want to do. So believing in God could cost you a lot. "But not believing in Him could cost you everything." How? How can not believing in something that most likely doesn't exist cost you anything? I know one possible answer to this question; but I'd like to hear your answer. After all, maybe you had something particular in mind when you said this sentence.

By the process of elimination, it's a possibility. I am going to give Vegas a quiver in his pants when I say 'Occam's Razor.' How can they exist without a complicated and complex set of prerequisites and mental gymnastics that are never going to be proveable?

My belief in God doesn't require me to do anything I don't want to do. Or anything I wasn't doing as an Athiest or agnostic. (You seem to be confusing the belief in God with the ridiculous practices of some believers.) If you don't believe in God, your luck and fortune could turn for the worse. And when you die, instead of going to Heaven, you will go to Hell.
