Does that movie always remind you of sickness? I'm not talking about little sickness like a little cold or the headache I mean like when you're really sick.
It does to me. Ace Ventura 2 when nature calls always reminds me of being sick.

Yes. Actually for me the biggest example of this is another Jim Carrey movie, in my case it's Me, Myself and Irene.

Yes. Edward Scissorhands, The Witches of Eastwick and Friday the 13th come to mind.
Also the original Star Wars trilogy, but I've rewatched them so many times since that I no longer make the association.

Good question. Yeah, I think maybe I do.
Rain Man might be one.

"Bio-Dome"
I got hit by a car when I was about 10. Not my fault, I was riding my bike on the street and an elderly woman (sweetest person you'd ever want to meet) fell asleep at the wheel and nailed me. Didn't break any bones, but I had a severe concussion and bashed the crap out of my head. (Hardest way to learn to wear a helmet).
I was laid up for about a week. My father felt bad for me as I was sort of housebound for this time. He came home with a VHS rental of "Bio-Dome." We're both active people and I think he sensed I was getting tired of laying on the couch recovering. He said "figured you'd like this, bud." He and I both loved "Encino Man" so he figured "Bio-Dome" would be up my alley. He was right.
I will still defend this movie decades later if only for this anecdotal reason. And other fans of this movie might recognize my rendition of the song "makin' a filter" as I sing it to my dog each morning while I make her breakfast.
I still find the movie very funny, but it does conjure up some really terrible memories of head trauma. Wear a helmet, friends!

LOL, I still remember I was sick when I went to the Movie Theater and saw "GOLDENEYE" for the first time.
That was actually the first "JAMES BOND" Movie that I ever saw at the Movie Theater and it made me a fan instantly!

Dumb & Dumber Galaxy Quest
Albeit that's not a bad thing, those are the types of movies I wish for whenever I feel like a train has hit me.

It wasn't my first time watching it, but one time I had the worst case of flu I've ever had, and as I lay sick in bed for a week I must've watched the movie Friday on DVD like 4 times. Whenever I see the movie now I'm reminded of having the flu. I also read the second book in Stephen King's Dark Tower series while I was sick that week, and it's still the book in there series that I remember the least about.

The Muppets Take Manhattan
I had severe pancreatitis when I was about 11 years old around Christmas break. I was laid up for close to a month but this film is the one I remember seeing most of the way through without having severe pain. I think it was on HBO or one of the cable channels.
Somehow I just healed up and the symptoms never came back. Doctors were amazed.

Can't say I've had that experience. When I'm very sick, I don't feel like watching a movie.

Well I have the flu, so I guess this would be a good time to conduct an experiment.
