I think he might've gone there if it were 2-3yrs ago. They're not set to win yet, & he probably wanted to compete before he reached 30yrs old.
That he gave them his time shows that it was probably at least a serious consideration. As a baseball fan, I was hoping to see him with the Giants.

Im so glad there was zero interest in Brycie from the Red Sox. And Machado. Seen too many of these in Fenway, Crawford, Sandoval, Ramirez, Dice-K.
