Opening night is just a couple of weeks out, so make your picks now. Who wins it all this year?
Just like last year, you will see that I've given you TWO picks. This allows you to make your silly little homer joke pick, and your REAL pick.
Homer: Reds!!!
Real: Dodgers over Yankees

Homer: Jays. Guerrerro and Bichette take it to the top.
Real: Yankees vs Phillies. Phils win.

I think I'm feeling Rockies over Red Sox.
I think the Cardinals & Yankees lose to them.

Homer Pick: Braves (though I don't think they make the playoffs this year)
Real Pick: I'm gonna be sick but the Yankees. If healthy that bullpen could be very dangerous in the playoffs.

Love to see 2018 2.0, another season long victory parade for the Red Sox
Who will win, not sure yet. There are still some FA's who could change things. If Dallas Keuchel goes back to Houston, I might take the Astros. Kimbrel could be a difference maker. I think the Dodgers will miss Kemp and Puig more than they think. Atlanta might be a good pick, St. Louis also. I'll reserve my final answer for a few more days.

Homer: Jays. Guerrerro and Bichette take it to the top. Real: Yankees vs Phillies. Phils win. Would love this scenario - but also wouldn't mind the BoSox ....... and.... The A's - Philly vs. Old Philly.

No Machado, no Adam Jones, no Gausman. In reality, the only player that worth a tin shit is Trey Mancini. Ced Mullins might be OK, Trumbo can hit the ball but he's not worth the money, the only thing you can say is that his contract is awesome compared to Chris Davis. The farm isn't that good and you play in a tough division. 120+ losses is possible. but I said that about the Marlins last year and they never even dropped 100. And that's a point. Sometimes teams are so damned bad on paper they just go out and play with heart and win some games they shouldn't.
I have more of a chance to break the three minute mile than the O's have at the playoffs.

Giants send Bruce Bochy into retirement with his 4th World Series title. Wow, that's one of the boldest predictions I've ever seen. Do you know something about their lineup we don't know about yet? Cause right now that offense could literally be the worst in MLB.
