what are you having for bfast today? I know it has not been asked to me but I need to tell it to someone that I have been having unhealthy breakfasts for quite some time now. I wake up early these days (by 5 am). 30 mins of checking up stuff on the internet and then go to gym by 5:30 and return from the gym by 6:30 and then have tea (with milk/sugar/ginger/cardamom) with caramel flavoured tea cake. It is like a homemade cake and I believe I have a lot of it. I consume 250 gm pack in just 3 days. It's delicious. I can't stop myself. Then by 9 am I have another breakfast. Eggs or cereals with milk depending on mood. I know I am going to the gym regularly but it's still uncomfortable to me how suddenly in the last 3 weeks I have become addicted to having cakes daily. Oh, I also have lots of flavoured yogurt. 2 packs of 80 gms each day. I can't stop myself what happens (to you) when you dont have the cake? how bad are the cravings? also... has this been a recent change, the need for sugar? metabolicals changes in needs are fascinating to explore. (also sugar is kinda like poision but am sure u know the yoghurts and eggs etc i wouldnt worry about. but the daily morning need for sugar is interesting, do you perhaps overdo it in the gym? or have a lot of stress?

(also sugar is kinda like poision but am sure u know the yoghurts and eggs etc i wouldnt worry about. but the daily morning need for sugar is interesting, do you perhaps overdo it in the gym? or have a lot of stress? I have been keeping a stock of these caramel cakes so I have not run out of them and thus still can't say what may happen to me if I don't have them. But I can stop bringing advance stock and try going without them a few days and see what may happen to my cravings. I have always been a sweet lover, Nora. But it was never like it has been for the last 3 weeks. I mean I used to have cakes/chocolates 2 or 3 days a week maybe but I have had them for straight 3 weeks now. That's why I am a bit concerned. No visible changes in the body as I am also doing the workouts regularly. Yeah, you may be right that I may be overdoing in the gym. Perhaps I should spend 40 mins instead of the current 50 mins. And maybe I should have banana/apples when I come back instead of cakes. Probably if I do that for 2 or 3 days then I will forget about my cravings. As for the stress part - yeah I won't deny that. As you know I had a change of country last October so I am still adjusting to things. But anyway, thanks for your reply. I sure need to feel well from time to time!

I dont think you really understand what I have. If I let my natural emotions consume my brain I will fall into a greater depression and most likely lead to my death. This is not what I am meant to feel. This is what I have and what most people that have depression have - I think you are perhaps being a bit too precious. You are even endorsing another poster to take anti-depressants to make him feel better. That is a misaligned and arrogant view as well. You have to fight for your own mind, no-one else is going to do it for you and if you feel depressed, find something to work through it to take your mind off it. Have you even tried?
Actually I said see a doctor first. But yes I have tried not being on medication and I basically went into a black whole of sorrow and sadness. It almost killed me. You can not work through it because you have zero control over it. I dont mean to sound rude but you really do not know what chronic depression is. And thats good because I would not want anyone to experience what I have.

I see. I think I've maybe had a tiny amount of depression since I was really young but it didn't really start until maybe a few years ago, and then last year is when it became really bad, and hasn't stopped since. I've never tried medication or therapy or any of that, as I don't believe in it personally. I think it's mainly used to sedate you enough to keep you content instead of actually fixing anything, so as to exploit you into constantly paying for expensive sessions and medication. But that's me being sceptical. I haven't tried those things so I could be wrong, and I'm sure there could be some therapists out there who actually do care about their patients and want to help, however unlikely that is, and some medication that may have merits. I strongly believe though, that to truly fix someone's depression you need to locate the problem(s) at the source and remove it. I believe I have identified mine. But if yours is caused by a chemical imbalance then perhaps medication is the best way, I really don't know. It's great you find solace in movies. I used to too, for a very long time. Not so much any more though. It's becoming harder and harder for me to actually sit down and watch a movie these days due to various issues and medical problems that have arisen in the last year or so as my health has been deteriorating due to the depression. I'm lucky to get even 1 tv show episode in per day. I really do think you should see a doctor to go on antidepressants. I know people dont believe in them but they have helped me an incredible amount. And I know what its like it feels like they wont help you at first and it feels like nothing does. But after a week on a medication you can really feel a difference. There is no cure but they do provide a great deal of help. If not for them I probably would have killed myself years ago. But I do hope you get that all worked out. I dunno. Maybe I'd them one day, but I can't see myself going to a psychiatrist in the first place in order to get a prescription, so... maybe not. Paying someone to pretend to care about me just seems like a waste of money.

I used to go to dinner with my parents too. I no longer do, as they have become very boring people with very little to say unfortunately. They are too caught up in their social medias and fake crap. I miss the days when I could actually talk to them about something real. Buy anything good? i cant even imagine what it mist be like to have parents on social media. mine are in their seventies and uninterested/afraid of social media so thank god this is not a problem i have to deal with - sorry ro hear you are exposed to it. Good to hear. I too am uninterested/afraid of it, as I can see how incredibly dangerous it is. Unfortunately they have no clue. It's interesting because they would have been heavily against that stuff years ago. Dad probably would have even made fun of social media/those who use it, etc, and now he's one of them.

I have had some others when I was a kid and they did shit so I can see both sides here.

Never saw any of those shows. Actually Im not much of a TV guy. The Simpsons, South Park and Family Guy are the only shows I watch and I miss them a good amount of time. Im mainly a movie guy.

I think I have asked this before, but why do you watch so many movies that you know you will likely hate?
Why do you love the horror genre so much?

Why do you love the horror genre so much? - I think its simply that Im just so damn curious about ones that look bad. Plus Im someone who likes to talk about bad films. They seem to be more fun to debate and have conversations about. I generally get more curious about a film when I hear negative things about it. What can I say? Im a nutty guy. - Since I was a kid I have always loved monsters, gore and all thing macabre. Its simply because I enjoy a good scare or good shock from a film. I just think its all good nasty fun.

I probably don't like horror movies that much because not much really shocks me and horror movies are rarely scary to me. Certain bad films are fun to talk about, but it helps when other people have actually seen them.

Somehow I was expecting part 3 to be a departure from the formula of the first two installments, with perhaps yellow goo bleeding robots, or at least presented in 3D. What should we expect from part 4?

The Blair Witch Project, The Last Broadcast and The Exorcist are three that really scared me. But as long as they are fun and/or entertaining Im good. - Good point. In general I see a lot of low budget/independent films. Those are always a gamble. I guess someone needs to be a guinea pig for these films though.
