Saw the preview today. Anne Hathaway plays the Michael Caine role and Rebel Wilson, the Steve Martin role.
The original is one of my favourite comedies. Not sure if I willl watch the remake, but probably yes, if I can catch it at matinee prices.

Ok so does that mean the guy is going to outsmart them both?
I have suspicions that won't be the case unless there is some SJW-approved quality to the guy. Gay maybe? Gender fluid? Muslim?

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is a remake of Niven/Brando 'Bedtime Story'. Now that you mention it, I vaguely remember reading about it. Have you seen it? Is it any good?

Wilson's hit or miss with me but Hathaway looked like she was having fun in the trailer.

It sounds stupid already. The dynamic will be totally off the mark and perhaps even feeble. Caine and Martin had the sly\wry comedic chops to pull of these scoundrel roles and Caine always has a down to earth quality about him. Neither Hathaway or Wilson have the star power comedy pull either.
Just another brainless Hollywood rehash, instead of doing something original for the ladies.

I'm not that fond of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, so I'm not bpthered about it being remade. Will they have the man outsmarting both women though, like.the woman does the men the 1988 film?
