The famous Airwolf actor (among other TV shows and films) passed away today from cardiac arrest at 74. RIP. Sorry, but you have been slightly mis-informed... Still, it's still sad to hear that " The famous Airwolf actor" is no longer with us. I loved that show, and his character. RIP Sir.

Jeepers!!
2019 is not yet 1/4 over, and already so many celebrities have passed! BTW, does anyone else remember a serial called DANGER ISLAND, which was part of a show called BANANA SPLITS? He co-starred in it and was billed as "Michael Vincent".

Handsome young actor with a winning smile. Then something went wrong and it wasn't just getting on in years. I saw Tribes not long before I went into the army at 17. During grueling parts of PT I'd think of Jan-Michael's character enduring something similar.

Bravo, what was wrong was his drug addiction.

I was never a surfer but, for some reason, the film BIG WEDNESDAY touches my soul. The film has its flaws but I love it. And JMV owns the film. It's his and I love him for it. He had a checkered and painful life and career and I wish him and his family peace. He will always be a part of my cinematic world.

Someone on the old board wrote a book about J-M Vincent. Not sure if the author migrated here.

Jan-Michael Vincent really had a pretty great career going for awhile, but I guess he had some inner turmoil that sent him down a self-destructive path. He was once one of the highest paid TV stars of the 80's. He broke his neck in a car crash, and also his vocal cords were damaged by paramedics trying to save him. He lost most of his right leg to an infection. He had some rotten luck. R.I.P.
