As usual, please vote for your favorite tag-team duo. For this round we have: Steve Rogers and Bucky (Stucky)
vs.
Starlord and Gamora (Stamora? Garmlord?)

I may or may not regret this later but I'm going with Starlord and Gamora. I find their journey more interesting, lending itself to the romantic. I think they're good for each other. Not to be confused with only one being good for the other. Not that I think that's a problem between Bucky and Rogers, but it does make me think about Claire and Luke Cage, and why I think Luke Cage and Jessica Jones is a better romantic pairing. I think Claire is (was?) great for Luke Cage, but is Luke Cage great for Claire? Not in my opinion. She's already where he could be, but he isn't. Jones is more his level in status and maturity and I think their parts interlock better. In them, I see a pair that could rise together, as opposed to Luke Cage and Claire where I think the journey is more Luke's to make and Claire's more for support.
In any event, I'm quite invested in Roger's and Bucky's journey, whereas I'm even more invested in Starlord and Gamora's end. As such, I think their story will be self-contained; I think there's a natural and foreseeable conclusion for their arch to work towards (if it hasn't already) and I feel like they came close together after from way further apart. In a way, they're kind of like star-crossed lovers. Their parts interlock and I think Quill can grow as much from her level of seriousness as she can from his playfulness. When they feed from each other, I think they both mature in the same and right direction.
