For me it would probably be this from Breaking Bad: Although not a scene, an arguably more awkward moment for me was at the end of the episode I.F.T when they didn't catch the last line due to their bad hearing and asked me "What did she say?". Really, out of all the lines in the show to mishear it had to be that one? Not wanting to answer, I pretended to play dumb, and be like "what did who say? what scene?"

Probably some episode of "Three's Company." He still got to like it, though, probably because it had Don Knotts.

I remember watching Barney Miller with the parents as a kid and asking what "gay" meant...all I got was complete silence as an answer.

You'd think the masturbation episode of Seinfeld, but I think we were too busy laughing.

Any True Blood episode that showed Eric's naked butt. Mom would make it take a bit longer to finish (pausing, rewinding and such).

TV was tame when I was a kid and my parents trusted I could handle adult stuff (though they could be wishy-washy about it).
The most awkward moment I can recall wasn't a TV show, but a movie shown on TV: Clean Slate with Dana Carvey. I had seen it before and it was showing again on Showtime so I pulled my Mom into the living room to watch my favorite scene. It's where Dana Carvey, who suffers from chronic amnesia, has to improvise a speech to a bunch of cops and I thought it was the most hilarious thing back then.
After it was over, she blankly looked at me and said "Well, I'm sure a lot of people find that funny, hun." and then went back to the kitchen.

In the very first season of 24, there's an episode where Jack Bauer's wife and daughter get held hostage by Ira Gaines, and he's about to kill them. Neither of my parents wanted to see that, but I kept it on because I was following the story. Thankfully, they were saved by someone moments later, and the mood changed. That whole season was very "touch and go" with my parents, who saw most of the episodes.

Well... it wasn't with my parents, but it was reeeeeeaaaaaal awkward when I walked in on an episode of Outlander while one guy was raping another guy in the show. My lady friend still laughs at me about to this day.
