James Gunn back as director!!!!!!

Well it won't work, Disney, Marvel and Warner Bros., DC have sat on the knowledge that his use of humor from the past sparked controversy for nearly a whole year and since then not a soul has come out with any allegations and there have been no personal stories about any difficulty with working with him that were shared online publicly or to any executives or the law, and I'm sure there might have been some kind of investigation which based on current events looks to have led to nothing. So with the dust out of the room and coupled with the fact that Warner Bros. really would like Suicide Squad to be its answer to Guardians not just on an esthetic level but on quality and that nobody else wants to take the role of directing the third Guardians movie the decision to hire and re-hire him for both makes sense on a creative level. 

What James Gunn should probably do is going forward to not get into any political discussions on his social media and instead keep it on a professional basis strictly focused on his movie and television projects and share behind the scenes photos, concept art, and fan creations. It was politics which led to this whole messy situation to begin with.
