Iron Man & Ant-Man remain the only MCU 'origin' movies I've watched pre-Avengers chapter

Watching Doctor Strange for my first time last week, I realized that Iron Man & Ant-Man are still the only solo (not Guardians) origin films I've watched prior an Avengers team up.
First Avenger, I waited until The Avengers proved its mettle.
Hulk & Thor I waited until after The Avengers, incidentally.
Captain Marvel... I've had great success with Hulk, Thor, & Dr. Strange so far not needing their movies to enjoy their Avengers stints. CM's trailer showed me enough for EndGame.
Black Panther & Spider-Man were both after Civil War, & easily far better in that than their own films.
