Hela. She's the one who should get her own movie.

Hela. She's the one who should get her own movie. She was entertaining to watch, but that would be one hell of a difficult redemption arc to have to write to make her a hero! Kinda difficult to pull off as an anti-hero as well. A dark comedy might work.
I don't think she's the best though, I'd rather see BW or SW headline a movie, especially if they include Hawkeye in the former and in the latter keep Vision fried but maybe pair her up with the Quicksilver from the X-Men movies, it could be interesting to see those two bounce off each other.

Hela. She's the one who should get her own movie. Nah, bro. She's totally a Mary Sue, doesn't have any flaws and is a beacon of morality. Although I wouldn't mind seeing an extended film version of the Valkyrie's fighting her. I'd even be happy if they let Zack Snyder direct it.

Her fugly ass face would ruin everything. She's hilarious and didn't look ugly to me, just not likely to become a covergirl.

I was thinking more of a prequel than a redemption movie. Just show her being the villain in a movie where Odin originally imprisoned her, but make her the main focus of the movie despite being the villain.

My problem with prequels is they often preclude several resolutions (i.e. certain characters can't die etc) and often have to include things you already know about. I prefer more linear storytelling, go forward not back!

But she barely registers as a character to begin with, saying she's better than somebody like Hela is just plain laughable if you're trying to compare depth. But I'll bite - tell us how Darcy is the best female character in the MCU, tell us how her story arc is stronger than anyone else's, if you can that is...

On the subject of a Hela movie I think it would be interesting if there was some kind of connection between her and some of the Ravagers from GOTG, notably Aleta Ogord, one half of Starhawk. Many actually confused Michelle Yeoh and Cate Blanchett for one another between GOTG, Vol. 2 and Thor: Ragnarok because of how similar their hairstyles and make-up were, and clothing to a certain extent.

Hey - answer the question, why is Darcy the best female character in the MCU and deserves her own movie? How is her character arc better than anyone else's? How does she have the most depth?

Itโs probably a tie between Gamora, Hela, and the ever underrated Maria Hill.
