Actually there's lots. I have lived in NYC and I used to bump into lots of actors. I almost always behaved.
Once I saw Stanley Tucci just walking down the street in times square. He was doing Frankie and Johnny on Broadway. I just asked if I could shake his hand. We did, he smiled, and we went on our way. My friend who was walking with me said "who was that?" LOL
But now, if I saw Gal Gadot I think I might totally freak out and try to hug her and kiss her face! LOL! Yeah, I'm pretty sure I would do that.

Dustin Hoffman. Adam Sandler and Jonah Hill beig close seconds.
But meeting Dustin Hoffman would probably make my heart race/stop/race/stop for a while. I wouldnt behave much different than I normally do on the outside but on the inside I think things would be happening.
If we're going back that far, I might nerd out over Marlon Brando or Lawrence Olivier, or Marilyn Monroe.
All good choices in my opinion.
While I think Fred Astaire was one of the most graceful Humans who ever lived, I think Gene Kelly had more raw energy and physical power. He could dance, sing and act. He was the classic triple threat. In fact, he defined what it was to be a triple threat.
Of course, there are several other celebrities I'd be interested in meeting, from a number of professions. I'd even rate one or two of them as being my personal heroes.
