Let's not give current Hollywood too hard of time though. Besides Dolph Lundgren as He-Man and Langella as Skeletor, the 1980's movie is terrible. And Dolph is pretty terrible. I should have been more specific. I meant just physically, he very much looks the part.

Also how about Ian McDermaid for Skeletor? He was great as the Emperor in ROTJ, that would have been an easy transition for him. Frank Langella is great, and he wanted to reveal more blue skin (and he said he was in great shape) to make it more like the cartoon but the filmmakers refused. They chose to defer from the origin too much. Well Golan-Globus wanted to cash in on Star Wars so they probably told the costume designers to make it look more like Palpatine and Darth Vader combined. I even think they hyped it up as “the Star Wars of the 1980s”.

Guess they decided to make it "He-Boy".

In case anyone is confused, Noah Centineo dropped out of the role a while ago. He’s not playing He-Man anymore. He apparently got pretty buff for the role, though.

They will probably make a Teela movie instead.
