Two that I've watched recently (first-time views for the October Challenge!) are Daughters of Darkness and The Blood Spattered Bride.
You know, only if vampire lesbians are your thing. I really enjoyed both. For...reasons... 😉
But in all seriousness, these are some of the best and most surprising first-time views this month for me. Strongly recommended!

Sex Files: Alien Erotica (1998)Basically: Erotic... X-Files... From Space. Plot: A spacecraft, returning to Earth from a deep space mission, discovers alien life in the form of a fungus... The life-form is able to clone any woman that it touches, and turns it's hosts into uncontrollable nymphomaniacs... As the clone feeds off the sexual energy from encounters with men (in order to sustain it's life force), the host is able share in the sexual experience through a psychic connection...
After the spacecraft returns to Earth, the clone is able to escape, and Two FBI Agents try to track down the life-form as it makes it's way across the country, changing bodies, and having sexual encounters with men... www.imdb.com/title/tt0208676/

Does Ex Machina count as erotic science fiction horror?

Possession Thirst Legend of the Overfiend I did some research on Legend of the Overfiend and it sounds and looks gnarly! And Possession is a great choice.

European horror cinema of the 1960s - 1980s, frequently interlaced erotic imagery with poetic dialogues, stylish outfits, imposing architectures, vibrant colour palettes, evocative soundscapes and dense atmospherics. There are numerous directors from Italy, Spain and France I'm thinking of. Similarly, in underground American horror, Mexican horror, Brazilian horror, Japanese horror, Australian horror, British horror, Canadian horror and other industries, there were active filmmakers ploughing this seam.
In Italy, for example, "giallo" crime horrors (mysteries) were infused with hothouse melodrama, grand operatics, psychosexual elements and fever-pitched eroticism. Gialli films are a perfect gateway into this arena as there's at least a couple of hundred from those decades.
Filmmakers now are paying tribute to the form, with varying degress of success. But unlike slashers which continue to thrive, the new gialli films are basically parody or homage. I liked 'The Editor' though.

What about Forbidden World (1982)? I had just found about this film and it does seem to fit all of the criteria of an erotic science fiction horror.

That's fascinating.
