I saw this posted in a closed group in Facebook so unfortunately I can't post a direct link here. Wrote it down instead. Original post was from a guy called @itsryanunicomb.
Apparently Snyder's original plan for Justice League was for it to be over 3 hrs long and with the following plot points:
1. Darkseid murders Steppenwolf for healing Superman 2. Darkseid defeats the League with ease. Aquaman is killed. 3. Darkseid boom tubes into the Batcave and murders Lois causing Superman to succumb to the anti-life equation. 4. Wonder Woman is killed trying to protect Lois Lane 5. The surviving League members now exist in the "knightmare timeline". 6. Flash, Batman, and a "torn-in-half" Cyborg work together to send the Flash back in time and alter the past.
As mentioned, I'm unsure about the validity of the source, though it does sound like a very Snyder-ish plot. It at least ties in to the knightmare scene in BvS and finally explain it.
I personally think this would have been a clusterfuck and would have left general audiences very confused, but for the hardcore fans this might sound like a wet dream.

I can definitely see him thinking up something like this. It will at least explain the knightmare scene in bvs. I personally think this would have been a clusterfuck and would have left general audiences very confused, but for the hardcore fans this sounds like a wet dream. Jesus fucking Christ. I don't even care if this is true or not. Snyder needs to go to prison and stay there.

I know that Kevin Smith said that in Snyder’s planned five film story arc, JL2 was supposed to have the League fight Darkseid’s forces in space with the help of the Green Lantern Corps, and that the planned fifth film would’ve taken place on the post-apocalyptic Earth we saw in BvS. I also know that Snyder said that Batman was supposed to die in the fifth film, but I’m not sure how the things mentioned in the OP would’ve tied into that. At the very least, it’s fun to speculate on.

Wait so Wonder Woman was going to die protecting Superman girlfriend?
Yeah I'm glad this didn't happen now.

That sounds about right. The Knightmare sequence was supposed to manifest in Justice League 2, and the three crosses at the end of the Doomsday fight in Batman v Superman was symbolism for perhaps, some of the members of the Justice League being killed off.

This honestly sounds legit. It does sound very much like what Snyder would come up with.

This honestly sounds legit. It does sound very much like what Snyder would come up with. This quote suggests there's one suit over there with some brains.
"The actual idea, the hard, hard idea, the scary idea, we never filmed because the studio was like 'That's crazy.'"

Geeeeez! That sounds absolutely dreadful! Thank God that never came to fruition! Surely this can't be true.

Just so we’re clear, if Zack Snyder’s plans had played out, then it seems that the second Justice League film would’ve more or less served as DC’s Infinity War, in the sense that it would’ve been the prelude to the big finale that would’ve ended on a serious downer of a cliffhanger, with Lois, Wonder Woman and Aquaman dying, and Superman becoming Darkseid’s slave. I still say that would’ve been interesting.

I think they kept Nolan onboard for Man of Steel so he could tone it the fuck down.
