Many people were saying he stole the show but wow was he underwhelming and was the cause of the worst part of the movie.

Yup. I mean, I thought he was cute and cool. But I felt that remarks like "He stole the show" or "best cat in a movie ever" were clearly exaggerated.

I will say when the film reveals what s/he really is it makes it that much funnier, but beyond that it isn’t anything TOO special.

Humanizing That shot when she's caught as a stowaway which also is a most un-catlike pose. Talos freaking out is also fun. Pretty much every scene with Goose is cool.

Goose and Fury were the best part of the movie. Without them, the movie goes from a 6/10 to about a 4/10.
