I'm thinking Phillies, Nats, and then the Mets get Cespedes back in a few months and by the end of the season take over 3rd place from the Braves.

Bravos gunna sign Kimbrel? @smurfbate They should have a long time ago. I doubt they do now though as it seems they're allergic to spending anymore money. That fucking bullpen is atrocious. Signing Kimbrel won't suddenly fix everything either.

don't sleep on scott kingery this year. kid was signed out of the minors 'early' (i.e. a lot of teams send a kid back down so they can gain another year long term during contract negotiations) last year. struggled greatly. kappy used him as a Swiss Army Knife playing every position under the sun and the kid's head was spinning - he even pitched. imagine being a rookie and seeing your name all over the batting lineup but playing every position under the sun too. early - been used as a utility for the most start but recently got a start vs. the Mutts - kid is 12 for 25 with 6 Ribbies and 2 Homers

The Marlins are going to be historically awful this season, the worst MLB team in ages IMO, I’ve never seen a more lifeless offense.
The other 4 teams in this division are good, but the Phillies will win it IMO, I really like their lineup, solid from top to bottom.

I wish your Fish well - I think it's exciting and we're all 'good' - come September when we're all playing against each other - Mets, Braves, Nats, You guys, Us - and fighting for the playoffs. I'm exciting for the first time since 2007-2011. Baseball is back here. Just hoping they can solidify the bullpen. Robertson who they signed from the Yanks went to the DL after disappointing and 'Sir Anthony' who it it up for a period of time as a closer last year has fallen off (since late last year). It's kind of 'closer by committee' right now. I wish they'd make a move to bring an arm up and perhaps move Velasquez to the pen who I think would be perfect as a closer since he's a flame thrower (can be erratic at times - but just give him 1 inning - i.e. a closers role)

I knew Yelich was good but never would have predicted that he was THIS good and an MVP caliber player. Just curious to know if that trade is looking like a massive bust for them or if the players they got actually are doing this for them.

Phils open up a weekend set (feels like they've played a million times already and it's only the 1st week of May) vs. Nats.
chance to put them in a hole early - Gnats currently 4 out heading into the series
