No engame will have the biggest opening weekend but Avtar was still selling out a month after it's realease because everyone had to experience the 3d gimmick. There's a lot of people who haven't seen the marvel movies.

If Endgame can't do it, nothing will. And frankly, I don't think Endgame will. Endgame will be huge, but it won't be a cultural phenomenon. It just won't. Endgame won't even beat Titanic. |

It won't beat Avatar. Even if they found another one third of an audience it would still miss out and pretty much anyone who likes these kind of movies would have already have gone to see Infinity War.
The movie that will pass Avatar will be something that nobody saw coming.
Just like how nobody saw Titanic or Avatar being the surprise phenomenon that they were the movie to beat Avatar will be the same.
It won't be a sequel anyway.
