When I was younger, I used to watch "All in the Family", but I didn't really know who Rob Reiner was at the time. Later on I found out about him (it might have been on that South park episode that made fun of him) and I found out he played Meathead and thought, "Holy fuck, that's the same guy!?"  |

I think you guys are being a bit too loose with the term incredibly fat, especially ck with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Orson Welles and Marlon Brando are the only two I can think of that really fit the description.

The Herman joke that comes to mind is the one Jim Unger did for famine relief where a doctor is looking at an enormous fat guy and says: "Have you thought about donating your lunch to an African village?"
Another one showed a fat woman looking at a guy holding a "save the whales" sign and he is angrily pointing to a smirking guy behind him while shouting: "He said it!"
