The same actors (except Affleck) would continue in their roles, but they would essentially start over after Justice League. Snyder's out. A whole new vision. A do-over, if you will. No references to what came before it. A total restart without throwing everything and everyone in the garbage. Would this work? Or would it be better to start over completely. No, they really need to put everything on hold, release Justice League and then quietly wait a full year before announcing they are going to rebuild the DCU from the ground up.
To do this, they need to spend that year putting together a team of writers headed up by comic book people to develop a long term plan that they hire directors who want to participate in a particular branch of that plan. Let them be creative as long as they hit the beats necessary to move the overall narrative where it needs to be.
BUT!!!! Each film needs to drive the overall narrative. No stupid crap like a Harley Quinn. It's exactly why Marvel has not done a Widow film, because it doesn't drive the overall narrative. DC doesn't know that though, they just think Quinn equals box office, and don't give a damn about their universe.

I'd rather see a complete reboot.

Yes, a hard reboot is exhausting. I mean Spiderman is the best example, with 3 hard reboots, always moving back to square one is annoying. They can use a Flashpoint or Crisis to reset characters like Superman, WW, Batman, and AQ, and for characters like The Flash and GL there are very popular other versions, Barry, Wally, Bart (kinda), Hal, John, Guy etc.

I'd...watch it. I mean, I'm okay with the idea of it, but it just depends on how it's handled. The WB doesn't have my full confidence right now, and after having done a reboot with the DCEU already -- (if I'm not mistaken, Green Lantern was originally suppose to kick start the DC movie universe) -- I think it's likelier that they will just try to improve their formula with each entry into the DCEU until they hit something that works, without altering characters or history. (We've already seen attempts at that, I think, with BvS and SS, as well as the Comic-Con clips of Justice League, which seems to have a different tone than the previous movies).
A Flashpoint movie would be kinda cool, though.

No, I just want a complete reboot with their own Kevin Feige sitting at the top making a long term plan for the series ahead of time.

I wouldn't care for it if they do reboot. Just watch non-superhero films but only read the comics.

If we're having a do over I want a reboot of everything. None of the same cast or creative team, and only Geoff gets to stay.

If it has to come down to it, I say just reboot it completely but I want them to take their time. No need to rush a film.

I'd prefer no reboot at all, but if they have to do it, it's better to do a full one. A soft reboot would feel like a waste of time.

They need to reboot the whole thing imo. I REALLY want them to keep Mamoa as AquaMan because that is really the only thing about JL that I'm looking forward to is how bad ass this AquaMan is going to be. I'm also really interested in James Wan's Aquaman solo film. Wan is a great director and I'm really curious to know how they pull that movie off being under water and such. My feeling towards it is a lot like my feeling when going into Thor. I was really curious how they were going to do Asgard and it was gorgeous.
Recast everybody else and reboot but I really want to get to that Aquaman solo film at least. Gal Gadot can possibly also stay as Wonder Woman as she was the only highlight from BvS.

Yes. If it meant better films. Yes I would. I honestly expect it to happen if 2017 doesn't pan out for WB/DC.

^THIS. This is what many who staunchly defend these films don't get. Marvel has flaws (a lot more than may are willing to admit), but they have managed to keep their stuff together rather well. Each movie, even the ones that are not well received, do the job of driving the big plot forward while maintaining it's smaller arc. DC is just releasing 2-3 hour trailers for the next movie, which then becomes another 2-3 hour movie for the next film, rinse, wash, and repeat. Nerdwriter1 made a good video about this issue: www.youtube.com/watch?v=38Cy_Qlh7VM

Yes. The actors get criticized for their performances but with the current state of directing and writing, they can't exactly shine.
They deserve a shot under different directors at least. Let's see how Gadot does under Jenkins.
