The cringe just became too much at the end. I wasn't going to watch it because Shazam's costume looks so badly padded but online reviewers were saying "It's got heart, like an 80s family movie mixed with surprisingly dark villain elements" so I was curious. This movie has no heart or brain, it's directed sloppily, the flying effects look bad, and the acting from everyone isn't very convincing. It's just a dumb movie for young kids and adults who lack intelligence.

I found the first hour or so enjoyable but it lost it's way somewhere around the middle. It became a bit too baggy and unfocussed for me. It's still a better movie than Aquaman. Hardcore DCU fans should hate it. What's clear is how out of control the shill access media has become when reviewing these superhero movies. Surely only corporate zombies are giving RT any credence at this point. 91% my a$$!!  |

I haven’t seen the movie yet but seriously dude...are there ANY movies today that you like? Honestly, lately only non fiction movies are free of agenda driven stupidity. Netflix "The Highwaymen" and "The Dirt" are good as well as "Fighting With My Family" starring Vince Vaughn and Florence Pugh.
