Have you got a link for the Millwall v West Brom one. I've not heard anything about it. We were the first team to have a Zero tolerance policy I would like to say and have won awards from the Kick It Out campaign. You are always going to get a few idiots and I know that someone used "Paki" a few weeks back but Millwall really do make an effort to stop it happening. I would also suggest it happens at about 70% of games by a few idiots but is lost in the general hubbub. Newspapers tend to target certain clubs and send reporters to listen to the crowd rather than watch the game.
A few years back Millwall were castigated in the press and The House Of Commons for chanting "Sieg Heil" at a game against Brighton. It turned out to be Brighton fans chanting "Seagulls"

Millwall and Northampton was reported on on wireless yesterday. I just threw West Ham on the end for a laugh. They don't play until this evening, but you know 😉

Wigan's Nathan Byrne received this touching message of support on social media after scoring an equaliser against Bristol City at the weekend... The well wisher is a Man Utd fan 🤷

[/psychofftheboat] Think he might finally have to admit that's pretty racist, with no caveats this time.

I like your use of the word wireless over the plebian radio BTW.

But without checking they initially assumed it was a Bristol City supporter, and had to be corrected that it was actually a Man Utd fan from Sheffield.

We all know it's full of trolls and small minded twats and so why wind yourself up by confirming it? Maybe it's just an age thing.

Personally, if I were a professional footballer, I would probably give social media a miss. But, for those that choose to use it, they are entitled to do so without being subject to racist, homophobic, or other discriminatory abuse.
