The Night Comes For Us is a kung fu movie that was written by a lion that hadn’t eaten in weeks. That is why it is so violent and bloody because the lion that wrote it was hungry. I can relate to that movie a lot because when I kill people for the cartel it makes a bigger mess than this film is.
It Comes At Night is an allegory about how mixed race couples will kill off and replace white families. When viewed in that light it makes more sense because as a horror movie it’s so bad most of the scary scenes in the trailer were dream sequences in the actual film.
