Most of the time, the third films in trilogies end being awful. Not always. But they often tend to be disappointing. And if that's the case, maybe a third Hellboy film wasn't meant to be. Even though there were people who wanted it to happen. Still, things happen.

Saw it last night. Harbour was actually pretty good as Hellboy, but the script was weak and the CGI looked horrible. Wasted opportunity.

I'm not surprised to hear this film's getting mixed reviews. We barely saw any press and the trailers show us the same stuff we saw in the two previous Hellboys over a decade ago.

Saw it last night. Harbour was actually pretty good as Hellboy, but the script was weak and the CGI looked horrible. Wasted opportunity. Sounds like the script and storyline was definitely weak and all over the place. They should've made sure that the story was more coherent. And I've heard from people that seen it said that David Harbour did a good job as Hellboy.
