Yes & no. I cannot believe how hard the potential for greatness from these new films was so wasted.
Now they're Lando'ing & Palpatine'ing for cheap hits.

Just watched it, and don't really have a feeling about it. Never been that into Star wars though. my favorite character is general grievous so what does that tell you?

Its better than I thought it would be but i still cant get on side with characters like Rey and Finn. They just seem like posers to me

Lando and the Falcon are cool. Hopefully that doesn't mean Lando bites the dust, but it probably does knowing how this franchise is going.
Not sure how I feel about the Palpatine laugh at the end. The turn of Darth Vader and the death of the Emperor at the end of ROTJ was one of the most moving scenes in the whole saga.

Aside from seeing Lando return, I felt indifferent to it. One of my main issues with the Sequel Trilogy is the recycling of moments from the OT and this film looks to be more of the same.
Even the scene of Rey force-jumping over the TiE fighter bored me. We see shit like this in every Marvel superhero installment and each successive Fast & Furious sequel, and doing it here just makes the franchise feel more stale.
