I like how despite being acquitted it’s just become de facto truth tha OJ is a murderer.

I like how despite being acquitted it’s just become de facto truth tha OJ is a murderer. I don't know many innocent men who leave notes asking people to remember them in better days, not as the 'lost soul' they've become; and then lead police on a slow speed chase while contemplating suicide.

Don’t forget that whole “If I did it, here’s how” shit he came out with. Anyone who thinks that he didn’t do it is either a black person giving him a pass or someone like Nutsberry who says “He was found not guilty in a court of law so therefore he didn’t do it.”

Murder is generally perceived to be the more abhorrent act when compared to the other criminal activities on that list, but is one momentary act of rage or lapse of self-control resulting in the murder of someone, worse than rape and assault to numerous women over decades, when you really think about it? Just as an example here by the way.

Just as an example here by the way. I’d say as far as consequences yes...but as far as a barometer of the human nature, probably not. The consequences of one momentary bout of anger are greater than that of a prolonged sexual predator. Not to make light of either situation.

Just as an example here by the way. I mentioned elsewhere in the thread that Cosby is right up there with the worst of them. But the murders discussed in this thread were premeditated, they weren't momentary lapses of self-control. You could argue Pistorius was the closest to simply losing control, but he had a history of abusive behavior before killing his girlfriend.

Like I say, more an example than specifically pointing to any of the murderers on that list. Indeed a question of how premeditated the act of killing actually was would come into it, as well as how they carry themselves in life before and after.

Two pages into the thread and no mention of Jerry Sandusky? He was a bit of a disgrace, yes?

Like San Franciscans don't believe that Barry Bonds did steroids. But when the "If I Did It" book cameout, he lost a lot of friends here. People thought it was the equivalent of "Ha ha, I got away with it". You'll still find a random "OJ was framed" tool but they are few and far between.

There's no one in San Francisco who didn't think Barry Bonds was doing steriods, that's the truth. It's just that lots of folks here think he has been singled out as the biggest cheater, when basically the entire league was juicing.

My company has a lot of contacts in NoCal. Subject doesn’t come up much now but I heard plenty about Barry Lamar’s workout regimen and that and not juicing got him to become the Incredible Hulk

I’ll go with OJ, but Hernandez and Pistorius are right there with him. Michael Vick is an evil scumbag as well and it makes me sick how he now as a job as an analyst after being a serial dog killer, and I agree that Ray Lewis should’ve been on the list. Lance Armstrong comes to mind as one of the most massive douchebag cheaters in all of sports but at least he isn’t a killer. Also Barry Bonds should be on the list if we are talking about douchebag cheaters. Rae Carruth should be on the list of murderers too. And the massive douchebag cheaters list should start with Tom Shady Brady and include Julian PEDelman.

If you are going to start including all NFL players and coaches who have cheated on their wives and girlfriends, more than half the NFL historical roster would have to be included. Cheating and murder don't compare.
