Final 2 games of the year - NFC EAST Wars - I love it. 12/22 - Cowboys at Eagles - 3 Days before Christmas and 12/29 Birds at Giants couple of days before New Years - Great Stuff Hoping for extreme drama where we're all fighting for a playoff spot (i.e. all at the top of the division at this point) - and these games make or break a team getting in.

To be fair, that London game is a “home” game. That being said, it’s still bullshit for them. I wish they would just stop the London games That is not fair at all. It is only technically a home game. Going to London is harder than going to Jacksonville --- there closest NFL opponent. I agree, but in the context, the original claim was number of days without a home game, perhaps the phrase to be fair was poorly used, but it’s games outside of Tampa. I know it’s semantics and agree they got screwed.

I hate the London games and I wish they would quit having them. i don't get it either - i did enjoy the early start time for the Birds game though - got to see your favorite team at like 9am on Sunday morning - but if you're not a fan of that team - i can see the think of who gives a sh*t - they're typically crap matchups too. I pretty much woke up and cracked a brew and it was just beer and football from dawn on....... i wish that Rams / Chiefs game was able to be held in Mexico City though - I can see that having some potential as it's relatively close

I hate the London games and I wish they would quit having them. They are trying to increase the NFL fan base for financial reasons. Supposedly Europeans buy NFL gear and watch games.

Can we all agree the NFL has bombed in England? Now should they try other European Countries? France, Spain, Germany - I mean soccer rules there - remember the World League of American Football - any of them have teams? I can't remember - will have to look it up. Wonder how successful the product was. I just don't see it succeeding over there after all of these years - now the NBA? That intrigues me (and yes folks - I get the NFL is more popular over here - but the NBA more globally) Lady DI in a Birds Jacket

The NFL’s international games are consistently sell outs. The perfect opportunity for the team, the league and fans across the world. www.newschannel5.com/sports/nfl/tennessee-titans/success-in-london-has-nfl-thinking-bigger

How many of these are poverish and could afford tickets? For a whole continent - that really doesn't sound too impressive - from the NFL Executive Vice President of International. Sounds like a used car salesman pitch. But there's got to be a reason they keep attempting it. Everything comes down to money. I pitched this awhile ago (excuse my ignorance as I know nothing about soccer) - but the same weekend we send an NFL team over here - Europe should send their top soccer team over here to play the LA Galaxy or New York Team (apologies forget their name) - can also hold boxing matches of U.S. titlists vs. European Challengers, MMA Events of USA / European - maybe an the NBA Champion vs. their Euro League Champion - the Stanley Cup Champ (would suck if they were from Canada) vs. the European Champ - just make a whole weekend of it. this guy doesn't the NFL going over there - just make a party of it across the board.

First of all, I think that article was only talking about London --- not Europe. Secondly, I think that is where we are headed --- global community. Where teams compete internationally.

And if done correctly - I actually love that idea for all 4 major Sports in the future - NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL If done correctly - I think it would succeed. In the MLB, NHL, NBA - you would need to reduce the schedule dramatically to account for travel time. NFL - keep the 16 games (I've been a proponent of raising to 18 but axxing 2 preseason games if it stays nationally) - but you'd need to still axe those two preseason games and start in Early August or so to account for travel time if going global. I don't think any NFL fan would be upset with the season starting early August after the Super Bowl Ends the first week of February. I think that would be a blast.

If players are going to get injured (inevitably) I would rather see them get injured in games that actually count! Screw the preseason and start the games in August!

It's one of my biggest pet peeves in sports - the ridiculously long NFL and MLB Preseason and Exhibition seasons.

Every London game sells out instantly so I think they are doing fine there.
Also, the Eagles have to go to Green Bay again. There must be some mandate that Green Bay cannot come to Philly.
