Well that was a good weekends racing. Indy Car was first and man, what a race! Herta did incredibly well to win it with so much drama going on around him.
MotoGP didn't have as much action but it still had solid racing. It's looking like Ducati may get a riders champion this year. They are the kings of the stop start type circuits this year and Fabio is hoping for some more flowing circuits where he can dominate. It could be a close championship. Honda are out if however, i've never seen Marc look so out of it and uncomfortable on the bike, unfortunately it seems Pol has ruined the bike for him while he was injured. Aleix is the dark horse on the Aprilia.

Another brilliant race in the WorldSBK. Bautista winning on the final straight to the finish line. Alvaro was 2.5s behind Toprak and Rea at one stage but just reeled them in. He is riding beautifully. I hope he wins the title.

Its still either win or DNF for Verstappen. I enjoyed today's race a lot. So many things happened. Hamilton almost quit at the start which was not a good thing to do. Sainz and Max spin. Leclerc taking off well and looking in command and then having to go down. Hamilton looking like threatening again and Russell having great face off with Red Bull drivers albeit DRS not working well for Red Bulls at that point. But was this first of many fights to come between Max and George? I have a feeling that if Mercedes can improve a bit then Mercesdes will take constructors even if max wins the drivers title. Merc have 2 of the 3 best drivers and it do be very difficult to contend with them if they cover different strategies when both their drivers are running in top 4. But there's still a lot to go.

Just when I thought porpoising issue is over for Mercedes, the problem has taken the worst turn.
This race is for Ferrari to lose. But let's see if Max can do his magic.

This I would rate as by far the worst race of this decade. This circuit should be scrapped.

That was some good RBR strategy. Leclerc finishing his first Monaco gp.

Such a shame Veekay crashed at the Indy 500. Marcus Ericsson is now a Indy 500 winner, who would have thought.

Well that was ok. I was really excited to have the three best race meetings of the year on the same day but it fell a bit flat for me. I'd say MotoGP was the best of the weekend followed by the Indy 500 then F1.
A lot was said about there not being a deal for Monaco after this year in F1, i say don't sign them up again, let the deal expire and let them race somewhere they can race.
MotoGP is in real danger of getting processional. These aero and electronic aids need to be cut back so it's back in to the hands of the riders and the aliens can wow us again.
The Indy 500 is quite often the best race of the year but the hot temps and high winds curtailed a lot of the side by side action and made it tricky out there in general. I never would have guessed Marcus could win it!

Aleix Esapargaro loses about 10 World Championship points on one of the most bone headed errors I can remember, Taka takes out himself, Pecco and Rins on the first corner, The Beast crashes again and Fabio collects a dominant victory and leaves with a 20 point lead in the title race.

Alonso was trolling Albon? streamja.com/QOAoWThat was a great effort by Charles and equally awesome by Perez. Race is open. Hoping for a great day tomorrow.

Unstoppable Max extends his lead at Baku and this was another great drive.
Ferrari engined cars had a torrid day.
Meanwhile, Russel continues his top 5 finish in spite of bouncing so badly. All we now need is for Merc to get better to see what Russell is capable of doing.

F1 was boring, the cars are shit and the commentary and presenting team were poor. I may bail out on F1 for a while at this rate Indy Car was solid though with some pretty good racing but WSBK was where it was happening this weekend with some amazing racing!

The super pole race was pretty entertaining, but race one was the pick of them at the front of the field. The mid-pack racing in the final race was thrilling and Alvaro was so far ahead we actually got to see it! Congrats to Rinaldi for being the first from outside the big 3 to earn a podium without a crash or other withdrawal.

I've just bought a bike, the first i've had in 10 years thanks to a sudden onset of a mid life crisis! It's a BMW so i thought i'd really get behind Scott Redding and support him from now on but it seems i've jinxed the brand because they were appalling in Misano

It was a fairly exciting race. Sainz was good but not just good enough to match Max. Leclerc did best he could to salvage his start from 19th. Mercedes was a lot better than expected.

No interest. Already watched the race of the week in the Oz Touring Cars. Chat Mostert holding off Team Penske with 12 lap older tires for the last 19 laps of the race after a safety car. That had me jumping off my chair more than any F1 race since the Hill/ Schumacher duels in the mid 90s.
