So good to see live races on upcoming events on my sports streaming serviCe. AMA Supercross and NASCAR are back. Supercars are back June 27. IndyCar back about the same time and months and months of F1 upcoming. Yippee!

Reverse grid for second race at same circuit has been nixed by Mercedes.
"Wolff said on Wednesday that he was against the proposal because F1 is a meritocracy and doesn't need gimmicks; the races are open to being 'gamed' by teams wanting to ensure their driver starts the main grand prix at the front; and it penalizes the quickest team because they will generally start behind the second and third fastest."

The problem is it's probably going to need some kind of gimmick to make a second race at a circuit interesting.

I've just finished watching the first Indy Car race of the season which was held behind closed doors and i'm no longer worried about there being a lack of fans at any of the upcoming races. It made no difference to me.

Formula 1 is returning soon guys. I cannot wait for the Sunday (I know TheSowIsMine watches even the qualifiers on Saturdays). It's been dreadful draught of sports for me. Football is good but I have not seen much since leagues returned. I am waiting for champions league. Last season I missed just 1 F1 race so I make sure to catch every race in the season. This Sunday will be return of sports for me in real sense. |

Two aussies in the top 3 in the F3: Oscar Piastri won, and Alexander Peroni was 3rd. Nice to hear the Aussie anthem at the end of an open wheel race.

Hammo demoted to 5th on grid, penalty for passing yellow panel at full tilt. Right decision since they did Max for it last season.
Max on 2 and Lando on 3!
