I'm thinking of changing my moniker back to Fr. Jack. What do you reckon like? If there's call for it, I will. You could do a poll. Quite easy to set up. I'd prefer Jack, but Ned's not too bad. I'm easy. Happy to be Fr. Jack online. Socially, everyone calls me by my middle name 'Ned'... Yes, after Ned Kelly it was. A good Catholic lad, and icon, himself. Or by my actual first name, which I get called at St. Bernards... bet you can't guess my actual stereotypical Irish first name 🤔

Hm.. I know 'a good Catholic lad' includes a lot of really, truly, bad people in general, but wasn't he a known outlaw, gang leader, murderer, etc.?

Just got bus back.
Bungalow Bob gets on bus, I can only understand one word in six he slurs.
He gets off bus, wobbles a couple of steps, then falls flat on his face.
Woman on bus looks round at me and asks "Is yer pal alright?"
I said "Yes, he's fine, he does that".

Sean (South). Not a hero to me. ::no:: "In 1949, South wrote a series of letters to his local newspaper, the Limerick Leader. These letters condemned Hollywood films for what South regarded as their immoral messages. South accused these films of promoting a "stream of insidious propaganda which proceeds from Judeo-Masonic controlled sources, and which warps and corrupts the minds of our youth."[5][6] South also claimed that the American film industry was controlled by "Jewish and Masonic executives dictating to Communist rank and file."[5] In his letters, South also denounced Irish trade unions, and praised the activities of Senator Joseph McCarthy in the United States.[6]" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seán_South
