Cool Pool, or Warm Pool: Which Do You Prefer?

I would imagine most would prefer a comfortable water temp, so WARM.

Cold. For my stealth training as a nighttime vigilante.

I rather swim in a lake, river or the sea than in a pool

Warm pool

I'm not likely to be in a pool at all unless the day is at least a very warm one, so I voted "cool" (and not for invigoration or therapy).

When I was a kid, living through San Fernando Valley summers, I and my brothers would pester the parents to air-condition the house like all the neighbors, and Mom would point to the backyard pool and say, "There's your air-conditioner: go jump into it."  

A pool is considered by many to be a status symbol, but since finally getting a place thirty years ago with central A/C, I've decided I'd rather be comfortable while dry than wet.

Depends.

Unless its an indoor pool, it kind've doesn't matter. If you're going in the pool at all its because its hot out. So even a warm pool is going to feel cold when you go in from that.

Warm in Winter.
