It's actually not over yet. Spider-Man Far from Home is the final film in the Infinity Saga.

Spider-Man: Homecoming 9. Avengers: Age of Ultron 10. Thor: Ragnarok 11. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 12. Iron Man 3 13. Guardians of the Galaxy 14. Iron Man 2 15. Thor 16. Avengers: Endgame 17. The Incredible Hulk 18. Thor: The Dark World 19. Black Panther 20. Ant-Man I have not seen (and probably never will) Captain Marvel or Ant-Man and the Wasp. The 2 most chick-positive films are the ones you skipped, of course. I recognize 1. The Avengers is technically the best, but my heart puts it beneath Thor. I was positive they were going to screw up Thor. They always turn him into a joke. Branagh didn't. His movie was a wonderful tale of redemption. The Russos made him a joke. Give them enough time... 2. Thor technically, Avengers by my heart. There is no fat to cut. The movie doesnt wander. Even more Whedon KNOWS these characters. The subtle little points are all there. 3. Captain America: First Avenger. So much. They got Steve. The foundation of Steve & Bucky's relationship. Peggy & Steve. Tommy Lee Jones, so grumpy. 4. Doctor Strange. The Defenders was his team, a bunch of heroes who don't play well with others & they played well with him. I love the cloak in the movie. I love the Dormomu bit. Where's Clea? 5. Spider-Man: Homecoming-Tony borders on annoying, but they do the Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman very well. Couple rough spots. Webbing the guy's hands to his trunk so his ice cream melts is cruel. 6. Thor: The Dark World-this is the extreme Odin I remember from the comic. The relationships. Loki: Satisfaction is not in my nature. Thor: Surrender is not in mine. Here is my Thor. He & Cap are protectors, not just heroes like Ironman. They protect their charge whatever it takes failure isnt in their vocabulary. (Supes is a protector as well) Frigga commenting on how Loki is so aware of other, but not his own feelings. This is Loki's failing in Thor. He plots to near perfection his tricks, but fails to predict his own reactions in pulling them off. 7. Avengers: Age of Ultron-the team meshes well. Whedon knows his characters. His flaw is the overall monsters theme that he fails to completely pull off. Several scenes are pure comic book. The opening fight-solo hero comment/panel. Next hero comment=panel. All together for the opening splash title page with that shot of them all in action. The Ultrons all fighting the heroes shot is a centerfold. Succeeds more than it fails. The humor is perfectly Marvel. 8. Captain America: Civil War-Bucky & Cap's relationship make this one. 9. Captain America: The Winter Soldier-poor Bucky. Widow is very good here 10. Thor: Ragnarok. A bit uneven, but flies more than fails. Thor isn't Samson. He wouldnt care about a haircut, but the discussion with Surtur works. Not as tight as others. Too many scenes set up just for a laugh breaking the pace, but the great scenes work. 11. Captain Marvel- 12. Avengers: Infinity War-Thor is so well used. Drags a bit in places. Couple plot points 13.Ant-Man and the Wasp. 13.Ant-Man Both have their moments. Wasp kicks ass in the 2nd, but Luis is great in the first. 14. Iron Man-not my fav hero, but its RDJ. Doesnt really come to life until the first night flight. 15. Guardians of the Galaxy-Drax is fun. I love Lee Pace. Groot & Rocket have grown on me. Quill can be annoying in his stupidity, though I totally understand a kid taken when he's 9 & raised by pirates isn't going to be all that mature. 16.Iron Man 2-Widow kicks ass in this one. Love Coulson as well. 17. - the rest are all pretty well tied at the bottom for various reasons. Panther is too pompous & poorly paced. His journey in Civil War is superior to his journey in his own movie. Ed Norton is cold. I can't empathize for him which you need to with Banner. The baddies in the last 2 IM can't match Stane. Ego is an ass in the movie as he is in the comic, but I've never been fond of him. The Russos fucked with everyone to give Cap & IM what they deemed good ends. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Iron Man 3 Black Panther Avengers: Endgame The Incredible Hulk That said, a less than stellar MCU is vastly superior to BvS.

As with my rankings, I vastly preferred Black Panther in CA: Civil War, Spider-Man in CA: Civil War, & even Doctor Strange in Thor Ragnarok. For my essential 10 including EG (i.e. my top 10 in order), those are all involved to keep things tied together nicely for my own enjoyment.

The 2 most chick-positive films are the ones you skipped, of course. I didn’t see Ant-Man because I hate Ant-Man. You know, the male Ant-Man. Am I moving too fast for you? And I didn’t see Captain Marvel because it was an unnecessary movie altogether. I literally don’t even have to try to make you people mad. My opinion is my own. I never said you had to agree.

Fury's all kisses and sunshine until the cat scratches him; a decade later he's a hardened badass who runs SHIELD.
People say he was emasculated into the cat. I say the cat toughened him into a real man.
