First leg of the play-off to determine who plays in League 2 next season. The Highland League champions, who lost out to Cowdenbeath in this fixture last year now look certain of promotion and will end the English club's place in Scottish football, after a stay that has lasted 64 years. The second leg will be played next Saturday. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48165458 I wonder if this will inspire "The Wullies" into chasing their impossible dream, next season

I believe Berwick are planning to apply to join the Lowland League. With Cove now playing in League 2, someone else will have the chance to win the Highland League. Cove have been champs for last two seasons and were head and shoulders above the rest. So who will be a top dog next season? The Wullies? You'd get some really long odds on that. Brora, Fraserburgh, and Formartine had good seasons without getting in Cove's way and one of them will be expected to win.
