There are quite a few "disappointments", especially at ManU. Alexis, Pogba, Rojo. Others, I would say are most of Fulham (Babel, Schurrie), Morata (now gone) Higuain (still there), Wellbeck(is he still alive?), Tosun (of Everton), Mendy (ManC)

Pogba was the worst player when Ole's team went on their losing run, reason he got in the 11 of the season was other players/voters thought he was gonna continue till the end of the season and didnt know Zidane was gonna get in his ear and destroy Utds season A Sanchez is a monumental flop Babel wasnt a total waste, Schurrie definately was

Man Utd. It’s a feckin miracle they finished sixth. I’d go as far to say Everton, Wolves and Leicester were better for most of the season and deserved to finish ahead of the overpaid, overhyped plonkers masquerading as Manchester United players.....

Man Utd players have been an utter disgrace this season. A perfect example of what happens when you effectively allow player power to take over. Pogba's example of how to get a manager sacked was beyond shocking and when they had got the pushover manager they wanted they started performing until he was guaranteed the job and they had won and then stopped performing again. You look at City and Liverpool and you have two clubs where it appears everyone from the tea lady to the first team are pulling together and working towards a target whereas Man Utd have shown what happens when lazy overpaid prima donnas are allowed to get their own way. After waiting as long as they did why not wait until the season's end before confirming Ole as manager? It made no sense and they could have got Pochettino if it did go wrong. Saying that though I firmly believe that had Ole not been appointed then, the players would have carried on performing and finished in the top 4. Personally I'd take the hit, sack Ole now along with Ed Woodward and start again with a new manager and a big player clear out.

I agree with all of that, except the sack Ole bit. If there is a guy who knows the one in all in philosophy and what Man Utd is, it’s Ole Gunnar Solskjær. He would have been a guaranteed starter almost anywhere else, but stuck it out as a super sub at Old Trafford. He gets it. Woodward however has proven himself a moron several times already, and a massive clearout of playing personnel is badly needed. Pogba, Sanchez and Young would be a good start.

A man who struggled at Cardiff is not the right man for the job, I understand the sentiment and the nice idea of an ex player and a "boot room" mentality but football has moved on massively and has no room for sentiment. He would be a great number two, a "good cop" working under and with a "bad cop" in the manner that Theo Foley did with George Graham at Arsenal and Taylor did with Cloughie but he doesn't have the tactical nous or the toughness that is now required if Man Und wish to progress to the level of the top two. It's hard not to see next year as practically a re-run of this season at the moment and with Chelsea and Arsenal equally at sea United could get a top 4 under Ole, but top two? Zero chance under him.

If Poch beats LFC in a months time and walks, like he's saying he will, the gap between Spurs and City is too massive, he'll have taken Spurs as far as he can. Ole as a ManU fan will throw himself under the bus for the greater good so Utd get Poch in. If Ole starts next season, he'll probably tbe the first to get sacked

I think Man Utd need to completely rebuild the squad, everything, from the ground up. I don’t think it’s going to happen, but it’s needed. I read an article elsewhere that the Glazer who is the chairman won’t sell Martial because he sees him as the “next Pele” and they know that Jadon Sancho wants to come to Man Utd if they are competing for trophies, but they aren’t sure if he’s the player they need. If that’s the mentality, fucking hell Man Utd is in trouble.

I can't see too many losers in the EPL next season. Clubs like Brighton, Bournemouth. Burnley, Watford and S'ampton will be happy to stay among the big boys, with Lester, Everton, Wolves, Newcastle, WHU and Palace wondering about doing a Lester.
