I had said before that the reason Steve Rogers wanted to join the army wasn't because he wanted to fight bullies but simply because he was jealous that the other soldiers were getting attention from the girls and he wanted to get attention from the girls too so that's why he wanted to join the army. And Endgame proved that I was 100% correct.

100% is stretching it. 
He did after all kiss at most four women in his life, two of them were the same person from a different timeline. It's also more of a formality to include Black Widow as the fourth since it was a diversion.
As far as I can surmise, he was a virgin until he returned the stones and married alternate universe Peggy Carter. One can only hope Rogers isn't too polite to smash.
