Pirates of the Caribbean 4 is pretty fucking bad. Justice League also looks inexcusably cheap given its huge budget.

Definitely Avengers: Endgame. The time travel made no sense at all and the movie had plenty of lazy and contrived writing and numerous plotholes.

probably the Marky Mark Transformers films I would’ve said Age of Extinction since I actually saw it at the theatres (albeit not my request), but I didn’t care for it or the other movies enough to even acknowledge that I watched it.

I haven't seen "Justice League" but that movie in the few scenes I've seen, definitely doesn't look like a $300 million quality movie. I'm holding off on watching that for as long as I can, ha.
And I really didn't like the movie, "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides". I didn't fully hate it but it certainly had none of the heart that made the first three films. I had no idea it had the highest budget of any movie made, at $379 million. For that, I'd say it was the worst. The things I liked about the movie was actress Astrid Bergès-Frisbey (the mermaid), who barely spoke English at the time. I loved everything about her and her character in the film. And well, actor Johnny Depp still had his cinematic quirks as Jack Sparrow working well for him. And well, I guess actor Ian McShane (Blackbeard) was okay, but he did feel like a watered down Barbossa at times.
What I disliked, was I remember the trailer hinted at zombies being in the movie (my favorite movie monster), when all we really got was some '40s walking-talking mindless zombies. That had zero special-effects done to them, nothing to make them look even semi-menacing. I thought actress Penelope Cruz (Angelica) would do something with the role, but she winded up being completely forgettable. Actress Keira Knightley is a tough act to follow, but yeah, I really missed Knightley in this film. So much, I think her and Depp's chemistry made the entire franchise overall. As for the special-effects they were really minimal for that kind of budget. There were long moments of them just walking on the island/beach through the jungle, even practical effects were non-existent, ha.
Yeah, this movie wasn't good and I'd make it my number one choice for sure. I'm still team actress Astrid Bergès-Frisbey from this movie, though.

The only movies on the OP's link that I gave a 4/10 (below average) or lower are...
-Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) - 2/10 (boring) -Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014) - 2/10 (boring) -Titanic (1997) - 2/10 (boring) (for the record... I did like this at one point though but based on my most recent re-watch, I could not finish watching it due to boredom)
-Transformers: The Last Knight (2017) - 4/10 -Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) - 4/10 -Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) - 4/10
but with that said... had I seen all of that list I would not be surprised if more were added to the list above.
p.s. the only movies on that list worth mentioning (like in a good way) are... Quantum of Solace (2008)(6-6.5/10)/The Lone Ranger (2013)(7/10)/Spectre (2015)(7.5-8/10).
