A couple to start it off...
1) Davos kind of forgot the Unsullied can't have kids to establish a great house.
2) Brienne kind of forgot the Blackfish died when Jaime took Riverrun.
Add your own...

Azor Ahai. The Prince that Promised. Wait, it could be the Princess that's Promised. Well, promises are made to be broken.

It seems Grey worm is taking himself and his men to death unless many of them are from Naath originally.

We're talking about inconsistencies within the show itself, not details from the books that were changed when adapting to the show. I don't remember anything being said about Naath being dangerous to outsiders. The "kind of forgot" is a reference to Benioff's comments. So like... 3) Grey Worm kind of forgot that he just told Tyrion that he doesn't speak here. 4) The tunnel kind of forgot that the entire roof caved in on Cersei and Jaime, not just one layer of bricks.

Drogon forgot to act like a dragon and destroyed the Iron throne instead of eating Jon Snow.

7) The Unsullied kind of forgot Jon was having doubts about Dany's orders, and allowed him to meet with a known traitor privately so that the traitor could try to convince him to switch sides.

Not sure if this counts...but there was strong foreshadowing when young Cersei met that witch in the woods and she told her she would be Queen...but a younger, prettier girl would take her place.
So they kinda forgot that.
Yeah you may argue that Margaery was Queen for a moment...sorta...but Cersei ended up Queen again so no younger, prettier girl took her place. I don't find Bran younger or prettier.

Sure, her reign only lasted sometime between a few hours to a few days, but it was enough to fulfill the prophecy.

Cersei lost all she held dear over the course of 5 seasons and through different people. She was not "cast down", she was killed. Prophecy fools will never stop clinging to their illusions and prove their stupidity to the rest of the world.
