What kind of nonsensical nincompoop has the half-baked arrogance to post on one of the holiest of holy days of the year? May 27, aka Memorial Day, the day that celebrates the birthday of our Holy Savior White Sox Hall of Famer Frank Thomas, is a day of prayer, remembrance and whiskey tasting, NOT rambling on about what Bryce Harper’s favorite LaCroix flavor is or whining on about how there’s never been a Major Leaguer named Shemp or complaining about how the Manchester United only fly on Southwest. Memorial Day is a day you traditionally go on search parties for lost socks, learn how to play an instrument like the trombone, kazoo or skin flute, or borrow something from a neighbor you’ll never return. It’s always been a day for hanging wall paper, calligraphy, initiating a violent gang, fighting Jeff Bagwell supporters who celebrate his birthday this day (the anti-Memorial day) and waving your penis. It’s a day to celebrate the birth of one of the greatest to every play the game of football at Auburn, #87, Frank Thomas, the Big Hurt.
