Hearing on the wireless, the build up to this game is like what the buildup to the FA Cup final used to be Tottenham v Liverpool - things that will ‘definitely’ happen www.bbc.com/sport/football/484720591) Which full-back on show in the 2019 final has created the most goalscoring chances by a defender in the Champions League this season? 2) The past five first-time finalists in the Champions League have not won the trophy. Who were the last Champions League/European Cup final debutants to win? 3) If Tottenham are victorious, London will have exactly two European Cup wins to its name. Name the other four cities to have two European Cups. 4) Name the only player to feature as both a starter and a substitute in Liverpool's pair of Champions League finals in 2005 and 2007? 5) And talking of players whose last name begins with K - and with Harry Kane seemingly back to full fitness - can you name the last four players with a K surname to score in a Champions League/European Cup final? No way anybodys gonna get that 5th one. Answers in the link

I'm still recovering from the Ajax - Tottenham game. Tonight I'm rooting for Liverpool. Besides being a more charismatic team imo, both in style of play and the people (players & coach), it would also mean that there's at least some Dutch success with Van Dijk & Wijnaldum. I think that if I couldn't pick Ajax, I would've wanted Liverpool to win the CL from all the teams that were left in the quarterfinals. They also kinda deserve a win after what happened last year, that was heartbreaking.

3) I was getting mixed up here - I was trying to think of cities where two different sides had won the European Cup! I could only think of Milan. For the actual answer: Nottingham, Lisbon, Oporto and Turin

It's one of those games that I won't be sad afterward. Both teams are fairly likable. I am fine with anyone winning. Just have a good match.
Best of luck to Fury & Darkshines.

Soz, Fury, just been informed you're a Liverpool fan - still learning everyone's teams here. Best of luck to you, although at this point, it doesn't look like you guys need it. At least the 'Pool scored early to stop us building our hopes up too much.
