After the next movie? You know, it would be basically impossible for any actor to play the same role 3 times and Not be sick of it yet . Right? Unless there's a large gap between the movies, \which is not the case here obviously.
So if anyone says, too bad we aint getting any more of that Rey character no more...they probably don't understand what I just explained, right. They're probably just slow.

She's probably in the same boat as Kit Harrington. What comes next? They'll always be known for their respective roles. She might as well play it to the end.

After the next movie? You know, it would be basically impossible for any actor to play the same role 3 times and Not be sick of it yet . Right? Leonard Nimoy played Spock in eight different movies. Christopher Lee played Dracula in ten different movies. Bernard Lee played M in eleven different Bond movies. Desmond Llewyln played Q seventeen times. Huge Ackman has played Logan nine times. The Harry Potter actors played their roles eight times. So no, not right. [/p]
So if anyone says, too bad we aint getting any more of that Rey character no more...they probably don't understand what I just explained, right. They're probably just slow. [/quote]Or not. As to why she'd do it... even if she was bored with the character, it probably pays well being in Star Wars movies. There are actors who will do crappy big budget blockbusters and make part of their deal that they get to do something else - Mel Gibson agreed to do Lethal Weapon III on the condition that he also got the budget to do Hamlet. Clint Eastwood has often used the money from big budget movies to let him do the kinds of movies he wants to do. If Ms Ridley has some project she'd really like to do she might easily strike such a deal.

I haven't seen her express any interest in playing Rey again after Rise of Skywalker. I doubt she will anyway. I'm sure we'll get to see her do other roles like Ophelia.

Holy crap! Harrison Ford played the same character more than 3 times twice! That's true, that shut me up. But i'll just bring this up though: Sean Connery said he was sick of playing james bond after the 3rd bond film. So, who can blame him? I mean, really.
So what i'm saying is, you can't blame an actor, for getting tired of playing the same person after 3 films. So, you can't blame daisy ridley of being sick of it either.

Because it is what she is famous for and there is no guarantee that she will have much of a career outside of Star Wars.

Harrison Ford has joked on many occasions that he will star in any movie if they pay him enough money. Sometimes actors are under contract too. I assume that the Harry Potter cast signed 8 picture deals for example.

She isn't much of an actress and it's a role people love her in and she probably gets paid a fortune for it. I'd be more surprised if she didn't want to play the role again.

I think that Daisy Ridley is a Very Talented Actress and 'Rey' is a Great, Fun, and Cool "STAR WARS" Character!
