No clue who he's supposed to be playing. I remember seeing him say he'd wanted to play Wolverine a few years ago. That isn't going to happen. Wonder who he'll be playing.

He'll probably play Black Bolt.

He'll probably play Black Bolt. Black Bolt is associated with the Inhumans, not the Eternals.

Black Bolt is associated with the Inhumans, not the Eternals. Aren't the Eternals the same as the Inhumans? No. The Eternals are heavily associated with Thanos. Basically, you can consider them to be the Marvel equivalent of the New Gods. Also, before you say that they’re a ripoff, keep in mind that Jack Kirby created both the New Gods and the Eternals.

Basically, you can consider them to be the Marvel equivalent of the New Gods. So MCU is making an Eternals movie because DC is making a New Gods movie. Just like how MCU made Iron Mav vs Cap after DC made BvS and MCU made Captain Marvel after DC made Wonder Woman. Jack Kirby created both the New Gods and the Eternals. So the Eternals is 1 of the few Jack Kirby creations that Stan Lee didn't take credit for?

So considering they were retconned into Eternals & predated the New Gods by 2 decades... the Eternals were partly Stan Lee's creation. And sorry, DC. Who is the most famous Deviant? So Marvel introduced the Mad Titan in 2012 to movie audiences. Technically it's Thanos's back-story

I thought he turned it down because of John Wick 3 Cinemablend, CBR, a few other places are saying that he's rumored to be in negotiations. Do you mean John Wick 4? As the Eternals hasn't finished casting yet and John Wick 3 is already out.

I don't think Keanu is going to play the lead. In fact one of the rumors is he is going against type and they want him for the Villain. And now that you posted that I remember hearing it now that he turned down a role in Captain Marvel. It maybe the situation now that Marvel still wants him and Keanu's schedule is open. I mean they haven't even casted the movie yet so The Eternals months to half a year away from production. I know they've already greenlit John Wick 4 so that could be challenging to schedule against.

Nice. Can he just be John Wick in the MCU?

Nice. Can he just be John Wick in the MCU? He’d be a killer Taskmaster but I guess that’s who David Harbour is playing in Black Widow.

I don't see it, unless they're going to use CGI. Hercules is a mound of muscle. He isn't just physically fit, he should have a bodybuilder physique.

I don't know much about the Villains involved with the Eternals, but I would love to see Keanu play against type and be the bad guy. I think the only villian/bad guy he's ever played was in the Gift. And he wasn't the main bad guy he was just an asshole.

He was the abusive husband, but ultimately not the killer right?
