Some statistics and interesting facts about tonight's game and the teams:
Expected XI Netherlands: Cillessen; Dumfries, De Ligt, Van Dijk, Blind; De Roon, De Jong, Wijnaldum; Bergwijn, Memphis, Babel Possibilities or likely substitutes: Promes, Aké, van de Beek, de Vrij
Expected XI England: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Maguire, Chilwell; Rice, Delph, Barkley; Sancho, Sterling, Rashford Possibilities or likely substitutes: Kane, Alli, Henderson, Dier, Rose (all played in the CL final)
Netherlands' last 10 games: 4 wins (against Belarus, France, Germany & Peru), 5 draws (against Slovakia, Italy, Belgium & Germany), 2 losses (against Germany & France). They made 19 goals and conceded 11 goals. England's last 10 games: 6 wins (against Montenegro, Czech Republic, Croatia, US, Spain & Switzerland), 1 draw (against Croatia), 3 losses (against Spain, Belgium & Croatia). They made 21 goals and conceded 10 goals.
*As can be seen above, a lot is still unknown about the squads, especially concerning England (as long as there isn't an announcement I'm unaware of), since many players starred in the Champions League final last week. Van Dijk & Wijnaldum were also in that final, but it looks like they'll start for sure today. *There are also still a few unknown factors on the Dutch side. The defense if pretty well known at this point, but there has been some discussion about De Roon vs. van de Beek. Van de Beek is arguably a significantly better player than De Roon in terms of talent, but De Roon has played a key function in the Dutch team (as he has at Atalanta) so far as a defensive midfielder and seems like an important part of Koeman's strategy. Knowing Koeman's belief in 'not changing a winning team', I expect him to start with De Roon and to bring in Van De Beek if or when he wants more attacking pressing. *Memphis is the only 100% lock in the frontline. While his latest season at Lyon was less prolific in terms of goals as the 2017/2018 season, he's still one of Lyon's and the Netherlands' key players with still a lot of potential the next years. He scored 8 times in his last 12 games for the national team and also provided 5 assists. Babel is probably playing his final games for the national team, but has also been a key player in some of the recent games. On the other side, Koeman has to make a choice between the more experienced Promes or the very promising PSV talent Bergwijn. If Koeman really wants to gamble, he could go with a 4-4-2 formation because, let's be honest, the Dutch attack is easily the weakest link in the current team.
*England's current five-game winning run is their longest since 2015 and includes impressive wins against Croatia and Spain. *England and the Netherlands have faced each other 21 times with 6 wins for England, 9 draws and 6 wins for the Netherlands. Their last encounter was a friendly game last year, which ended in a 0 - 1 victory for England. Their last competitive game was in Euro 96 and ended in an impressive 4 - 1 win for England with 2 goals by Shearer and 2 goals by Sheringham.

True, should have been played in Lisbon or Porto, I don't see why these 2 countries would have trouble filling a 50k Stadium.

We're fine with Matip and Gomez, the PremierLeague may be too quick for De Ligt after all

De Ligt! Yes, he may be young and still a bit inexperienced, but he's important in every game and fixes his own mistake from earlier this game. Future top defender.
