As messy as it is, hell as both are, I do have a greater affinity for Spider-Man 3.

SM3 is the better spectacle, X3 is the more concrete & rewatchable story.

Despite some problems, Spiderman 3 is still enjoyable and there are times when the film lives up to the first two well enough. X-Men 3 was a joke of a film and came off as three bad fan fiction writers writing different parts of the movie simultaneously.
