Can't disagree with anything on your list. Nice to see some love for "Dick Tracy", which never seems to get the credit it deserves. "Temple of Doom" doesn't get enough respect either. The mine-car sequence and the bridge climax are underappreciated.
I'll throw in some oddballs...
"Air Force One" - decent movie, but the work done on setting virtually the whole movie on an airplane, was quite well done. "Hostage" - The Bruce Willis movie from about 10 years ago. The house is fantastic and you feel the big rooms as well as you feel the claustrophobia in the secret passages the kid used. "Sunshine" - the Danny Boyle headed movie about a spaceship carrying a million nukes to jumpstart the sun. Throughout, the sun becomes a character. Particularly, the lighting, makes you feel like you're getting closer and closer to it. One of the best atmospheric movies I've seen in a long time.

Blade Runner. Tops IMO. ...But pretty much anything by Ridley Scott has amazing production design. Alien, Gladiator, Black Rain, etc. You may not like the movie itself, but you cant deny that it LOOKS amazing. Prometheus: awful movie, but beautiful to look at.
p.s. Yes, Dick Tracy is an underrated masterpiece of production design.
Some other honorable mentions are: Cleoptra Gone with the Wind Star Wars 2001 A Space Odyssey Lawrence of Arabia Die Hard Blade Runner 2049

Some of the James Bond ones are good like You Only Live Twice and The Spy Who Loved Me. Yes, Ken Adam’s sets are awesome. He also did Doctor Strangelove, the reason for not being able to work on From Russia with Love. He returned for Goldfinger, Thunderball, Diamonds are Forever, Moonraker, and the films you mentioned.

I really like Hausu. It goes from being cartoony to nightmarish but it's all very surreal. I also really like the Greasy Strangler. The whole movie just has an unpleasant vibe.
