Glengarry Glen Ross is up there. The writing is so damn good. Also one of the best ensemble casts.
And there's Casablanca where much of the dialogue is so memorable that many lines have become cliches.

The script to Trainspotting is great, especially considering it comes from the novel which is not a linear story and is made up of so many different stories from different characters. If I had read the novel and never seen the movie I would have had a hard time believing it could be made into a screenplay that would do it justice.....but Hodge did it. The screenplay is, IMO, just as good as the book. It's different but great too.
I also really like The Last Detail and Pulp Fiction. I own both those screenplays and they are incredibly entertaining in their own right, I've read both of them several times, like they were good books.

I've never read the screenplay to Taxi Driver but so much of the film relies on NY's seedy 70s vibe, DeNiro's performance and Scorsese's direction that I'd be interested in seeing how much of it actually came from the script and how much of it was the director and star.
